We hope that our prices will meet your expectations.
Timber houses are unique and exclusive, what is more, the prices of this kind of buildings as well as cost of usage are lower than prices and usage of standard houses.
While talking about prices, we can not estimate the exact price for m2 (square meter) of a timber house. It depends on the thickness of beam, type of tree, type of construction- the prices fluctuate from 1000zl to 3500zl for one m2 (square meter) of roofed building shell, counted on the floor.
The final price can be estimated when we have project of a house, when we know what kind of work and materials ( finishing elements, window frames, door frames) and work will be needed.

Final price depends mainly on.

1. Number of partition walls on the ground floor and attic
2. Kind of material used for thatch of partition walls and attic,
3. Kind of material used for covering of roof skeleton
4. Kind of drainpipes
5. Thickness of mineral wool
6. Quality of steam and wind insulation foil
7. Kind and quality of floors
8. Kind and quality of windows
9. Kind and quality of exterior and interior doors...

For example:
Building with a ground floor and functional attic, floor surface of 120 m2 ( square meter) and plain construction, exterior measurements 8x10m, 4 partition walls on the ground floor and 3 partition walls on the attic, without windows and spire lights in the roof, without balcony may cost 216 000zl Brutto ( VAT 7%)
Building of the same exterior measurements, but with more number of partition walls on the ground floor and in the attic, with for spire lights in the roof skeleton and balcony may cost 230 000zl Brutto (VAT 7%).

The quality of materials is also very important.

For building walls we use pine, spruce which originate from the arctic regions of Russia( Wołogda, Archangielsk), also larch, Siberian cedar (Abakan city, Irkutski region).
For ceiling and roof construction we use square beams KVH ( glued square beams, whittled four-sided, humidity 16+/-2%, length 13,5m) one of German company ( square beam has German and Austrian quality certificates).
Elevation boards, panel boards and floor boards are used in one of the Austrian company (it has German, Austrian and Czech quality certificate).

Taking into consideration the above we are sure that our clients will get the best product for the best price.
